4th/5th grade reading night

We welcome all 4th and 5th grade families to join us on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 for reading night. From 5:30-6pm, PTA will have a $1 book sale with light snacks. From 6-7pm there will be two sessions to provide strategies to increase student reading achievement. All WMES parents that attend will be entered into a drawing for a gift card.

Duke Energy Science Night

You are invited to WMES's Duke Energy Science Night on April 12, 2016 from 5-7 pm. The science night is an opportunity for you and your child to explore science together! Hands-on activities will introduce a range of science, technology, engineering, and math topics in a way that is fun and easy to understand.

Report cards will be sent home today. Please review your child's report card and sign & return the envelope tomorrow. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the teacher.

Spring 2016 Book Fair

Our Spring Scholastic book fair is approaching fast! The book fair will run from Monday, April 11, 2016 - Monday, April 18, 2016. Parent night will be Tuesday, April 12, 2016 from 4pm-7pm.
